Hazrat Khawaja Muhammad Qasim Sadiq (Baba Ji Sarkar) (رحمۃ اللہ علیہ) was a revered spiritual personality and the founding figure of Mohra Sharif. He was a descendant of the Kayani royal family of Iran and the descendants of King Kabul Shah of Afghanistan. Born into a lineage of spiritual excellence, he devoted his life to Islamic learning, spiritual development, and guiding people toward a deeper connection with Allah. Hazrat Baba Ji Sarkar completed his formal Islamic education in Fiqh and Shariah by the age of twenty. However, his desire for knowledge extended beyond formal education. Driven by a deep thirst for divine knowledge and spiritual truth, he travelled extensively across the Indian subcontinent, seeking spiritual understanding and wisdom. Through his dedication and devotion, he absorbed the oceans of ilm-o-irfan (spiritual knowledge and understanding), gradually reaching a high level of spiritual maturity and insight.
After this spiritual journey, he acted under the direct spiritual command of his mentor and Murshid, Khawaja Nizamuddin Aulia (رحمۃ اللہ علیہ) of Kahiyan Sharif, and migrated to the remote and densely forested wilderness of the Murree Hills. This migration marked a significant stage in his spiritual mission and the establishment of what would become the renowned spiritual center of Mohra Sharif. In the peaceful surroundings of the mountains, he dedicated himself to worship, remembrance of Allah, spiritual training, and guiding people toward the path of faith.
Establishing himself beside a mountain stream, Hazrat Baba Ji Sarkar turned away from worldly distractions and devoted his efforts to directing the hearts of humanity toward their Creator. His spiritual presence became a source of guidance, hope, and inspiration for those who sought his company and teachings. Through his devotion, spiritual insight, and commitment to Allah, he helped people move beyond doubt and uncertainty toward a deeper awareness of divine presence and a stronger connection with their faith.

His son, Hazrat Pir Nazir Ahmed Sahib (Sarkar Mohrvi) (رحمۃ اللہ علیہ), continued the spiritual tradition and became a prominent figure in the development of the philosophy of Nisbat-e-Rasooli ﷺ. Alongside Hazrat Pir Nazir Ahmed Sahib, his other sons formed part of the family lineage connected with the continuation of his spiritual heritage. Through the generations that followed, the teachings, traditions, and spiritual mission associated with Baba Ji Sarkar remained central to the identity of Mohra Sharif.
